Sources close to the Ravens are reporting that Jason Garrett has been offered the Head Coaching job. You know a meeting between Jerry Jones and Garrett is going to happen in the near future.. Jerry Jones has already told Garrett he will match whatever the Ravens are offering him in salary.. Its nice to see Jerry not trying to relive the Sean Payton mistake.. Course if Garrett goes to the Ravens.. we will truly find out what kind of genius he really is..
